Star Wars pinball machines are popular, even among those who are not ardent fans of the movie franchise. Now there are two more games to add to the list.

This is thanks to Zen Studios, the virtual pinball machine creator that now has an extensive collection of games in its portfolio. These Star Wars pinball games are two of the latest, with both being based on the most recent Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi The first of these two new pinball machines takes its name from the movie so is called Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The storyline is based on the movie too so includes the training of Rey on Ahch-To island, dealing with an attack by the First Order, and helping Finn take on Captain Phasma. Expect lots of Star Wars action, including TIE fighters flying over the top of the playfield.

Star Wars: Ahch-To Island

The second virtual Star Wars machine in this new release focuses on Luke Skywalker and his self-exile to Ahch-To island. As a result, it is called Star Wars: Ahch-To Island. This means there is a lot of training for Rey and, yes, the Porgs do make an appearance.

Both pinball games are available now on Zen Pinball on iOS and Android as well as on Star Wars Pinball on each of these platforms. In addition, the two new Star Wars pinball games are also available on Pinball FX 3 on other platforms including the Nintendo Switch.

Busy Production Time at Zen Studios

The two new Star Wars pinball games are not the only recent releases by Zen Studios. In fact, the pinball game creator released three new Jurassic Park-based pinball tables earlier this year. They are Jurassic Park Pinball, Jurassic Park Pinball Mayhem, and Jurassic World Pinball.

These three virtual tables are the result of a partnership with Universal Studios, the production company behind the Jurassic Park movie franchise. That franchise is celebrating two things in 2018:

• The 25th anniversary of the franchise

• The release of the latest movie in the series – Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom – which is due to hit cinemas in June.
